How can I access my data or request that it be amended or erased?

The free trial users have the right to unsubscribe anytime by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any communication that they receive from us. They also have the right to have their email address completely removed from our database. Such request can be sent via the contact us page. The request will be fulfilled and confirmation of the removal will be communicated to the claimant within one business day.

For paid user, the tax laws requires that we keep transaction data for at least 7 years or so. In this case, we will NOT be allowed to simply delete a user. We will inform the user the actual deletion after the requirements of other laws are satisfied.
