This problem occurs when a user's Word Options do not allow text boxes or drawings to show. It is a setting in Word and not Business-in-a-Box that is affecting the document.
For Office Word 2010:
Go to the File menu and then click on Options
In the options window click on Advanced, scroll down until you see the Show document content field
Make sure the Show drawings and text boxes on screen option is checked.
For Office (Word) 2007:
1- Click on the Office button up top in Microsoft Word.
2- Chose Word Options down at the bottom of the box.
3- Select Advanced Options.
4- Look for a section called Show Document Content.
5- You will see an option to show drawings and text boxes. Make sure that that box is checked because we want your Word to show drawings and text boxes.
6- Confirm the change.
Once you re-open the document in Business-in-a-Box, you should see what you didn't see previously.
If you have Word 2003, please follow the instructions below:
Click the Tools menu, and select Options. Click on the View tab, and make sure that it matches the below (especially make sure that Drawings is checked!):
