If you receive the error message that your product key is invalid, you have mistyped your product key.
Please copy "Ctrl C" and paste it "Ctrl V" to avoid this problem.
If you receive an error message involving an issue with your firewall, please click "Retry" and then select "Other Activation Options".
You can complete the activation yourself using our offline activation system, or you can simply email the Install I.D. and product key to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will generate the missing activation code for you to complete the offline activation.
Also, please ensure only the "Home" tab is open in Business-in-a-Box, close all the other tabs and documents that could be open.
