Why am I not being prompted for product key after purchasing?

The software will not prompt you to enter your product key.  Please click on the "Help" menu in the extreme upper left-hand corner of the screen and then select "Activate your Software"
 
In the field that pops up, please copy "Ctrl C" and paste "Ctrl V" your product key and then click the "Activate" button to complete the activation.
